Gardens

The Eden Project

One of the most famous horticultural sites in the world. Open all year round this is a must see on your visit. Near St. Austell @40 minutes by car. flambards

The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Made famous on TV, these are the gardens ‘discovered’ and recreated by Tim Smit (the power behind the Eden Project). A wonderful place to visit. Near Mevagissey @30 minutes by car. lands end

Glendurgan

A superb subtropical valley garden with year-round interest. beautiful views over the Helford River and coastline minack theatre

Trebah

A spectacular 26 acre Cornish ravine garden, rated among the 80 finest gardens in the world with great local food served in their terraced garden cafe.

Minack Theatre

The Minack Theatre is the most famous cliff theatre in Britain, possibly in the world,carved into the granite cliff overlooking the spectacular panorama of Porthcurno bay.

South West Coast Path

This is right on our doorstep. Explore the local coast from this central base with beautiful walks to St. Anthony’s Head, Nare Head and many more lovely spots.

Beaches

Need we say more. The beaches of the South Coast provide some of the safest swimming in Cornwall. On our doorstep are Pothcurnick, Towan, Carne and Pendower to name but a few

Surfing on the North Coast is under an hour away.
